Business, Training & Educational Programs

AMSCONCO’s major area of expertise is the equipment industries and the equipment dealer’s aftermarket, product support or parts and service. The company has confined its efforts to this area for the past 32 years after recognizing and having assisted equipment dealers in recognizing that this area is the last remaining area within a dealership for profitable survival. A parts department can have three times the financial impact upon the dealership’s statement and the service department can have five to seven times the financial impact versus the impact of new equipment sales! The company has not diluted their efforts by expanding into areas other than the areas of parts, service and CSR sales.

On-Site Dealer Evaluations

Today 69% of the companies business is on-site in the equipment dealership. Generally the company is hired the first time by the dealer who recognizes he has problems within the dealership. Following this first visit the dealer may require follow-up and added assistance to keep the focus upon the dealership’s aftermarket. AMSCONCO’s evaluation is focused upon accomplishing three important goals: 1) Increased aftermarket productivity, 2) increased aftermarket profitability and, 3) increased Customer Satisfaction indexes. The ultimate goal in any on-sight dealer aftermarket evaluation is to point the way for the dealer to achieve a 100%+ Absorption Rate. The company is committed in its’ belief that the quickest and most successful way to this goal is through a qualified, highly trained professional force of Customer Service Sales Representatives.
